Technical Game Issues

If you are having issues getting into the game or staying in the game, here are some basic troubleshooting steps to try.

Before you do anything, make sure you have your username, your password, your login email, and your pocket support id. If something goes wrong, you WILL need at the very least your pocket support id and email address. If you lose those, there is no way even PG support can help you get your account back.

  1. The first thing to do if you are having issues is to close your game, make sure to remove it from the running list, then restart it.
  2. If you are still having issues, restart your device.
  3. Still doesn’t work, then you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the game. For this you will need the username (usually your email) and the password for your account. When you first get in from the reinstall it will start a new game. Just go to the Settings icon, click on account, then do login.

If you still can’t get in to the game and it ISN’T a login issue, then it is time to look at what may be conflicting with the game on your device. What other apps do you have installed? Have you done a hard reset of your device? You may need to contact technical support for your device.

If you can’t get in to the game because you don’t remember your password, but you do have your pocket support id and email, you will need to contact Pocket Games Support to have them reset your account password.

If you don’t remember your email or your password, you can contact PG Support but be aware that they cannot help you if you don’t at least have your PG support ID.
